RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Please choose your purchases carefully – Aviva Parfumerie does not accept return of goods that are on sale or change of mind.

Return and Exchange of goods up to 14 days after purchase.

Aviva Parfumerie does not offer refunds, a credit/exchange will be offered.

For goods purchased in store, they need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt (proof of purchase)

Online purchases need to be returned in the original condition, unused, and still in original packaging.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED,WORN, SAMPLED or TRIED PRODUCTS .

Aviva Parfumerie hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if the product is faulty we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
